Hi, I’m temi popo.
Maybe you want to experience Africa differently. Maybe you’re planning your first trip to the continent, returning after years away, or trying to build a deeper relationship with a place that has always felt emotionally close, even from afar.
Whatever brought you here, how you move through Africa matters.
Iranti was created because I believe travel can be more than consumption, aesthetics, or escape. After years of traveling across the continent, living in multiple African countries, and building community through tourism, I realized the real work wasn’t just organizing trips — it was building the infrastructure, relationships, and trusted pathways that make more meaningful experiences possible.
There are thousands of travel companies in the world. But Iranti is rooted in something deeper: memory, reciprocity, and return. And I hope you feel that in every part of what we’re building here.

the Vision & mission
Iranti was formerly known as Girls Trip Tours — a travel company I founded to create meaningful luxury travel experiences for women across Africa.
Over the last seven years, that vision expanded far beyond group trips.
After traveling to more than 12 African countries, living across multiple regions on the continent, and building a United Nations-recognized tourism model focused on women-led economic impact, it became clear that the deeper opportunity was not just organizing trips — it was building infrastructure.
Iranti is the evolution of that work.
Today, we help both travelers and global partners experience Africa through culturally grounded, locally connected, and more intentional pathways rooted in reciprocity, memory, and return.
Dream it
We envision a future where travel to Africa moves beyond extraction and surface-level tourism — toward a globally connected ecosystem where Diaspora travelers, founders, creators, and local communities collectively shape more meaningful, equitable, and regenerative experiences.
Build it
We are building the infrastructure that will deepen the relationship between Africa and its Diaspora through culturally grounded travel, trusted local partnerships, and women-led economic ecosystems that keep value circulating within local communities.
